Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

Some Noxum pieces are made to order or produced in limited batches.

Orders may take up to 10 working days to be manufactured before dispatch
This timeframe does not include shipping transit time
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

We believe this approach allows us to maintain quality, reduce excess, and ensure each piece meets our standards.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Free deliveries are available for purchases over £20 within UK, and over £50 for any other region.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international, non-EU customers and orders: taxes are not charged within your checkout and additional import taxes may be required to be paid to import your delivery. However, many preferential countries also have high import value thresholds in which international deliveries that are sent from United Kingdom and have a customs value under their threshold are also tax and duty free. For example, all of USA / Canada / Norway / Switzerland / Australia / New Zealand are popular countries for Noxum and each have very high import value thresholds. As such, it is very, very likely there will be no extra import duties or taxes to pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
