Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

All original tags are still attached

You notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order
Items returned without prior notification or outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is found to be damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Noxum cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Eligible claims will be assessed and, where approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged. In cases of confirmed damage or fault, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
